Our Journey
Hi, we’re Yoseph and Ru 👋, two Irish guys who started a business in the US eight years ago.
Our journey began in the midst of a challenging time. Fresh out of college, we were lost in a tough job market, taking on jobs we disliked just to make ends meet.
We vividly remember the frustration of sending out countless applications and not hearing back, feeling like our dreams were slipping away.
Determined to find a better way, we immersed ourselves in learning everything we could about LinkedIn and personal branding. We experimented, failed, learned, and tried again. Slowly but surely, our profiles started attracting attention, and soon we were helping friends and colleagues do the same.
What began as a personal mission quickly turned into a passion for helping others avoid the mistakes we made.
Our Expertise
Our journey didn't stop there. We created a Leadership Personal Branding consultancy that has become a cornerstone of our success.
Today, we still operate this consultancy, providing strategic communications, reputation management, and people management counsel for funds, global CEOs, and high-growth founders. Our influencing models, refined over 30 years, have made us trusted advisors to multi-billion dollar investment fund founders and CEOs of scale-ups ranging from $50m to $2bn in valuation.
As confidantes and an extension of a CEO or founder’s senior leadership team, we develop strategy and drive execution on projects that usually have a 3-5 year value creation horizon.
